Walk and Talk Therapy $170 (50 minutes) Seasonal May to October

Session Fees:

• Initial consultation - FREE

• Standard sessional rate: $170 per 50-minute session

• Sliding Scale: we do offer “sliding scale” on our standard rates for a limited number of students and/or occasional clients experiencing unique financial strain. Contact us to discuss.

Payment:

We collect payment at the end of each session via e-transfer or credit card. You will be issued an official receipt, including the therapist’s registration number and information for insurers, upon payment. Three missed session payments in a row will result in a credit card being required on file for backup.
 
Cancellation policy:

We require a full 24 hours notice for the cancellation of an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full rate of the session regardless of the reason, including for no-shows.

It is also clients’ responsibility to be on time for sessions. Regardless of when the client arrives, sessions will need to end at the originally defined end-time.
