I'm Caroline and making a positive impact in the lives of individuals, families, and communities is my life's work.

With a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto and over two decades of experience, my practice is grounded in a strength-based perspective, which underscores the unique strengths and capacities that each individual possesses.

I firmly believe in the transformative power of human connection and the capacity for individuals to overcome adversity. Together, we can navigate the complexities of life, fostering resilience, self-discovery, and lasting well-being.
